Notification preferences
Grouptizer sends two kinds of notifications: web (the bell icon in the dashboard) and email. Web notifications are always on. Email is opt-in for non-critical events.
Where to set them
Section titled “Where to set them”Go to Account → Notifications. Each event type has a toggle for email.
Events you can opt out of
Section titled “Events you can opt out of”- New review on one of your stores.
- New question on one of your stores.
- First sale on a new store.
Events that are always sent
Section titled “Events that are always sent”- Login codes.
- Billing and plan changes.
- Account changes (email, etc.).
- Critical Stripe events (failed plan payment, action required).
Unsubscribing from a single email
Section titled “Unsubscribing from a single email”Every email also has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom that toggles off the matching preference without going into your account.
