Notification preferences

Grouptizer sends two kinds of notifications: web (the bell icon in the dashboard) and email. Web notifications are always on. Email is opt-in for non-critical events.

Go to Account → Notifications. Each event type has a toggle for email.

  • New review on one of your stores.
  • New question on one of your stores.
  • First sale on a new store.
  • Login codes.
  • Billing and plan changes.
  • Account changes (email, etc.).
  • Critical Stripe events (failed plan payment, action required).

Every email also has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom that toggles off the matching preference without going into your account.
