What is a Telegram integration
A Telegram integration is the connection between a private Telegram channel or group and your store. Once connected, the bot approves entries for buyers with a valid purchase and removes them when their access ends.
What appears in the app
Section titled “What appears in the app”In your Grouptizer dashboard this is called App. We use “Telegram integration” in this help center to make it less ambiguous (it’s not a mobile app — it’s a connection to one Telegram channel or group).
What an integration does
Section titled “What an integration does”For a connected channel or group:
- Generates a single invite link with manual approval, used by all buyers.
- Approves a buyer’s join request when their access is valid.
- Removes a buyer from the channel or group when they cancel or their subscription period ends.
What you can connect
Section titled “What you can connect”- A private channel.
- A private group.
- A channel with a linked discussion group — both can be served by the same integration.
