Notifications about your store
Some events on your store can trigger a notification — both inside Grouptizer (the bell icon) and as an email. The web notification is always sent. Email is opt-in per type.
Notifications you can opt into
Section titled “Notifications you can opt into”- New review — a buyer left a review on your store.
- New question — a visitor asked a question on your storefront.
- First sale — your first real sale on a store. Triggers only once per store, only on real (live mode) charges, not on test mode or access codes.
Where to change preferences
Section titled “Where to change preferences”Go to Account → Notifications and toggle email on or off for each notification type.
Notifications you can’t disable
Section titled “Notifications you can’t disable”Account-critical emails (login codes, billing, account changes) are always sent. They’re not part of the opt-in list.
