Customer conditions
A price can be restricted to a specific group of customers. Buyers who don’t match the condition can’t purchase that price.
The three conditions

Section titled “New customers only”Only buyers who have never bought from this store can use this price. Useful for first-time discounts or trial-only offers.
Existing customers only
Section titled “Existing customers only”Only buyers who have bought from this store at least once can use this price. Useful for upsells, add-ons, or loyalty discounts.
Churned customers only
Section titled “Churned customers only”Only buyers who had a subscription that’s no longer active (cancelled, ended) can use this price. Useful for win-back offers.
Setting a condition
Section titled “Setting a condition”When you create or edit a price, turn on Customer condition and pick one of the three. Save. The condition is checked at checkout — buyers who don’t match are blocked from buying that specific price.
The price stays visible on the storefront with its condition shown. When a buyer who doesn’t match tries to purchase, the system shows them a notice explaining that the price isn’t available to them.
