Cancel a subscription

You cancel a subscription from the Stripe customer portal, accessed from the purchase detail page in Grouptizer.

  1. Open Purchases in your dashboard.
  2. Open the purchase for the subscription you want to cancel.
  3. Click Manage subscription in the Stripe portal block. The Stripe customer portal opens.
  4. In the Stripe portal, click Cancel plan and confirm.

Stripe schedules the cancellation at the end of your current billing period:

  • You keep access to the Telegram channel until that date.
  • You won’t be charged again.
  • The purchase in Grouptizer shows the end date.

When the period ends, the bot removes you from the channel automatically.

While the cancellation is scheduled (end of period not reached yet), you can resume the subscription from the same Stripe portal. The cancellation is undone and renewals continue normally.

Cancelling a subscription doesn’t trigger a refund. If you want a refund for past charges, contact the creator directly — see Request a refund.
