Manage your subscription

You manage your subscription from the Stripe customer portal, accessed via three buttons on the purchase detail page in Grouptizer.

How to open it

  1. Go to Purchases in your dashboard.

  2. Open the purchase for the subscription you want to manage.

  3. Find the Stripe portal block. You’ll see three buttons, each one takes you to the matching section of the Stripe customer portal:

    • Manage subscription — to cancel the subscription or see its details.
    • Manage payment methods — to change your card or other payment methods.
    • Download invoices — to view and download invoices for past charges.
