Lost access to the Telegram channel
If you no longer have access to a Telegram channel you paid for, here’s a checklist of likely reasons.
1. Your subscription was cancelled
Section titled “1. Your subscription was cancelled”Open Purchases and check the purchase status. If it says cancelled, expired or unpaid, your access ended on purpose. To get back in, subscribe again.
2. Your payment failed
Section titled “2. Your payment failed”If your card was declined on a renewal, the subscription enters Past due. Stripe retries automatically a few times. If all retries fail, the subscription becomes Unpaid and access is removed. See Failed payments.
3. The creator removed the integration
Section titled “3. The creator removed the integration”If the creator decided to disconnect the channel from Grouptizer, the app page will show a notice that the channel is no longer available. Contact the creator.
4. You left the channel
Section titled “4. You left the channel”If you left the channel by mistake, you can rejoin as long as your subscription is still active. Open Purchases, enter the purchase and then the Telegram app. Use the QR or invite link again. The bot will approve your request.
5. You switched Telegram accounts
Section titled “5. You switched Telegram accounts”If your current Telegram account isn’t the one linked to your purchase, the bot won’t recognise you. See Switch Telegram account.
6. The creator manually removed you
Section titled “6. The creator manually removed you”The creator is the admin of the Telegram channel; they can remove members on their own. Contact them to find out why.
7. Time-limited access ended
Section titled “7. Time-limited access ended”If you redeemed a time-limited access code, your access ends when the period is over. The purchase is marked as expired in Purchases.
Still stuck
Section titled “Still stuck”Contact the creator directly — Grouptizer doesn’t mediate channel access. Their store usually has a support contact (email, social link, or FAQ).
