Reviews
Buyers who have purchased can leave a star rating and a comment on your store. Reviews are public on your storefront and visible to you on the Reviews screen.
Who can leave a review
Section titled “Who can leave a review”- Only buyers who have at least one purchase on your store.
- Buyers who used an access code can also leave reviews.
- Buyers in test mode cannot leave reviews.
A buyer can edit their own review at any time from the detail of their purchase.
What you see
Section titled “What you see”- Star rating (1 to 5).
- Buyer name.
- Date.
- Comment, expandable if it’s long.
You can sort by newest or oldest.
Replying to reviews
Section titled “Replying to reviews”Replying to reviews from the dashboard is not currently supported. The most common workaround is to message the buyer privately on Telegram or by email if you have it.
Email notifications
