Cancel your Grouptizer plan
Cancelling your plan is done from the Stripe customer portal and drops you to the Free plan at the end of your current billing period. Nothing is deleted — you keep your stores, products, integrations and customers. Only the commission per sale goes back to 10%.
- Go to Account → Billing.
- Click Manage billing and plans. The Stripe customer portal opens.
- In the portal, cancel your subscription.
- Stripe schedules the cancellation for the end of the period. You can resume before that date if you change your mind.

Section titled “What stays the same after cancelling”- All your stores remain active.
- All your products and prices stay where they are.
